This warranty covers the structural integrity of the gunite shell and its ability to retain water, provided the pool has been properly maintained and the terms of the warranty have been met. If a covered structural issue occurs, our team will perform the necessary repairs in accordance with the warranty agreement.

Qualifying Pentair equipment—including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, LED lighting, chlorination systems, air blowers, and select robotic pool cleaners—is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, generally three years. Wear items such as seals, gaskets, and filter cartridges are excluded.

Artistic Pools warrants qualifying concrete decking workmanship and materials. As with all concrete surfaces, normal cosmetic settling and hairline cracking may occur over time and are not considered structural defects. Coverage is subject to the terms of your construction agreement.

Depending on the finish selected, qualifying plaster systems may include warranty coverage of up to 10 years, provided proper water chemistry and maintenance guidelines are followed. Because plaster is a natural cementitious product, slight variations in color and texture are considered normal.
